About me

Hi, I'm Jarrett.

I'm a proud husband to my wife Anna, and dad to our one-year-old son Wesley. Outside of that, I'm a little obsessed with something most people find boring: building the foundations that let other people exceed.

I'm talking about the SOPs nobody else wants to write, the decision trees that mean a team doesn't have to wait on an owner, the CRM and tech stack that actually holds together under growth. It's unglamorous work, and I genuinely love it — there's nothing better than watching a business owner step back from the day-to-day because the structure underneath them finally works.

I got into this because I kept seeing the same pattern: a business owner who's brilliant at the thing they do, buried under operational stuff that has nothing to do with why they started the business in the first place. My job is to take that weight off, piece by piece, until the business runs whether you're in the room or not.

I work with service businesses doing $0–$2M in revenue, usually with a small team of 1–10 people — owners who are growing, a little disorganized, and finally ready to put real systems in place.
